Founded in July 1998 and acquired by Anjie Technology on November 28, 2014, Suzhou Seksun Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the production of high-precision metal parts, providing products for many industries including computer hard disk, home appliances, traditional automobiles, new energy vehicles among others. In the past 20 years, the company has grown steadily in volume and its turnover has been increasing. The number of employees has increased from less than 50 at the beginning to more than 1000 today. During this period, the company has successively passed a number of quality and environmental management systems certifications such as ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, QC080000. The company also actively promotes and complies with the “Conduct Code for Responsibility Business Alliance(RBA)”, and has established a management system covering all elements of this code (see the “Employees Practice for RBA Conduct Code” for details). With the joint efforts of all employees, Suzhou Seksun Technology Co., Ltd. has won the honors of “Jiangsu Enterprise with Advanced Technology”, “Enterprise with Harmonious Boss-Labor Relations”, “Suzhou Big Tax Payer”, “5A-rated Company Creditable in Labor Security”, “Jiangsu Provincial High Tech Enterprise”.
Seksun Tooling Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. started operation in 2002, mainly providing technical support for the subsidiaries under Seksun Group. With a modern machining center, various advanced instruments and equipment, the company boasts a capability in combination of precision mold design and mold manufacturing, its technical strength having reached the international advanced level.
In December 2016, Seksun Group acquired Suzhou Gefan Hardware and Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. located in Beiqiao, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou. In June 2018, Gefan Hardware Company started its formal production and operation. In September of the same year, some business operations of Seksun Technology Company were transferred to Gefan Hardware. In December of the same year, Gefan Hardware monopolized all the businesses related with surface treatment within the Group. The rapid expansion of Gefan Hardware under Seksun Group shows the vitality of the vigorous development of Seksun China, which marks that Seksun Group is implementing the overall strategic plan in an orderly manner, so as to improve the business development level and competitiveness of the whole group.
Innovation, research and development are vital to Group. In November 2017, the Group invested and established Suzhou Seksun Metal Technology Co., Ltd. Seksun Metal Company is mainly engaged in the research, development and production of metal products. Its establishment not only has enhanced the Group's overall core competitiveness, but also provides an inexhaustible driving force for the sustainable development of Seksun Group.
In January 2019, Seksun Group made another strategic deployment and acquired Suzhou Baozhi Construction and Development Co., Ltd. located in Wuzhong District, Suzhou, which has laid a solid foundation for the long-term development of the Group.
